Terms of service

Amaya provides AI-assisted transcription, analysis, reporting, sharing, and workspace collaboration features for customer-facing teams. By using the service, workspace owners and members agree to use the platform lawfully and only with data they are permitted to process.

Access to paid plans, feature limits, and workspace seats is controlled by the organization subscription and admin permissions. Members inherit the workspace plan but do not manage billing unless they are granted admin access.
