Amaya AI is designed to help teams process calls, generate transcripts, and create structured reports from customer conversations. We only collect the information required to operate the workspace, authenticate users, manage billing, and process recordings uploaded by the account.

Workspace owners are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload or process conversation data through Amaya AI. Uploaded files, generated transcripts, summaries, and reports are used to deliver the features visible in the product, including sharing, exports, and analysis features enabled by the workspace.
